Mera Peak

If you would like to extend your trek, or just climbMera Peak, a 6,476 meter (21,247 foot) peak in the Everest region, I will be leading this from April 20th - May 12th, 2019. Join me for a great approach through a more remote area of the Himalayas and the chance to reach over 6,000 meters, on a straight-forward climb that is ideal for a first climb to the heights.

With spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Kanchenjunga and Makalu, you will see 5 of the worlds' 6 highest mountains in one incredible vista from the summit.

K2 Base Camp and the Gondogora La is considered one of the worlds' greatest treks and one I'm really looking forwarding to. With a great mix of trekking in Pakistan, walking the Baltoro glacier surrounded by iconic rocks and peaks, every step will prove to be a new adventure.

You can join me on July 10th to August 11th, 2019 and share in trekking to "the throne room of the mountain gods.

Everest Base Camp trek ’In Hillary’s Footsteps’ will be a once in a lifetime trek traveling in legendary company, taking the same trail as a host of famous Everest climbers.

Joining us on April 12th in Pangboche for our last week together,

will be Sir Edmund Hillary’s son,

Peter Hillary,

to lead us down the trail and back to Kathmandu.

This bespoke trek will be led by Peter Hillary and Robert Anderson. Robert led the first ascent of a new route without oxygen on the Kangshung Face of Everest.  Both Peter and Robert have summited Everest twice, walking along the same trail we will be taking to Everest Base Camp.

Peter’s sons, George and Alexander Hillary will be with us to share their personal insights and history of the iconic first ascent of Mount Everest, as we follow in Sir Edmund’s footsteps to Base Camp. They, along with Robert and his daughter Phoebe and son Myles, will be meeting you in Kathmandu on your arrival.

We have customised our Everest Base Camp itinerary to reflect the Hillary legacy, meeting Sherpas and visiting unique places full of climbing and Nepalese history. This is a rare opportunity for a memorable trek with your own family or friends, as well as meeting new friends along the way.

We invite you to join us on our

Everest Base Camp trek

to walk in the shadow of Everest and to personally share

in the history of the worlds tallest peak.

We will arrive in Kathmandu 30 March, 2019 and return from our trek and depart Kathmandu on 18 April, 2019. For a map of our route, see it ongooglemaps.
