With today's rapid change in both business and our personal lives, being future focused and turning challenge to opportunity, is essential in all we do.

There are perhaps few training grounds as challenging, unforgiving and dramatic as the tallest peaks of the world - and they can teach us about our motivations, our team, goals and execution like no other medium.

The right approach and strong personal motivation will lead to true accomplishment.

  • How do we go where no one has gone before?
  • How do we clarify our mission, and communicate it to others?
  • What are the real skills for change that will lead us to accomplish our personal and our business goals?
  • What is our personal management style, and how do we apply it most effectively to lead teams forward?
  • How do we structure our businesses and teams for the fast-paced reality of digital transformation?

From the challenges poised leading climbing teams to the top of the world, to building groups to create successful global brand campaigns for multi-national companies, Robert has a unique balance of business and alpine experience that captivates and motivates audiences, helping participants strive for and achieve new heights.

His lecture experience extends from executive retreats where he balances exploration and adventure with business and hands-on workshops. He has spoken to audiences from small executive teams to the 1,500 people at The Explorers Club Annual Dinner at the Waldorf Astoria, New York City.
